a parallelogram has a base of 135dm. The corresponding height is 6 dm. Find the area of parallelogram in square metre. ​

AREA OF PARRALLEOGRAM = BASE × HEIGHT

= 135 × 6 = 810dm^2

1m \:  = 10dm \\ 1 {m}^{2}  = 10 \times 10d{m}^{2}  \\ 1 {dm}^{2}  = 1 \div 100m {}^{2}  \\

810d {m}^{2}  = 810 \div 100 {m}^{2}  \\  = 8.1 {m}^{2}

135dm=13.5m

Base=13.5m, Height=0.6m . Area of parallelogram= base×height. 13.5×0.6=8.10 square metre
