area = b x h
= 5 x 3.6
= 18 cm²
now, taking RS as the base,
area = b x h
⇒ 18 = b x 4.5
⇒ b = 18 / 4.5 = 4 cm
so RS = 4cm

Answer : 4 cm

Step-by-step explanation :

Area = base * height

        = 5 * 3.6

take RS as the base

Area = base * height

→18 = b * 4.5

 →b = 18/4.5

  = 4 cm

Other side of the parallelogram is 4 cm
