Using diagram ABCD s = 1/2(60+40+80) = 90 m and use triangle area = Sqrt{s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)} *2 solve.

The length of have side is 60m and 25m has one diagonal 65cm that is aslo long find the area of parallelogram.

Parallelogram is the A = b h A=bh A=bh and formula for area of a parallelogram is base times height, just like the formula for the area of a rectangle.
