Answer: Area=base altitude

Area=8.2*6.2

Area=50.84 cm²

as it is divided in 3 parts

therefore,

area of each part=50.84/3

required area=16.95 cm²

Given,

a parallelogram whose side is 8.2cm,

base(b) = 8.2cm and

altitude is 6.2cm, height(h) = 6.2cm

find area of one part of parallelogram when the total area is divided into 3 part.

Solution :-

Let's find area of parallelogram first by using the formula below,

 \ast \:   \underline{ \boxed{ \color{orange} \bf area_{(parallelogram)} = base \times height}}

on substituting the values

\rm⇢ \: \: 8.2 \times 6.2

\rm⇢ \: \: 50.84 {cm}^{2}

Hence, Total Area of Parallelogram is 50.84cm² .

now, dividing total area of parallelogram into 3 parts.

\rm⇢ \: \: one \:  \: part =  \frac{50.84}{3}

\rm⇢ \: \: one \:  \: part ≈16.95 {cm}^{2}

FINAL ANSWER :-

Area of each of three parts is 16.95cm² .
