= 2 × 22/7 × 3 × 18 + 4 × 22/7 × 9

Vol. of tablet = Vol. of sphere + Vol. of Cylinder.
=> 4/3 × pi × r^3 + pi × r^2 × h
=> 4/3 × 22/7 × 27 + 22/7 × 9 × 18
