we know base is 60 m

height = by Pythagoras theorem
37.5×37.5=30×30+x×x
1406.25=900+x×x
1406.25-900=x×x
506.25=x×x
x=22.5
height is twice x
so height is 45

Now,finally
area of parallelogram=base × height
=60×45
=2700 sq. m
