Differentiating with respect to time t, we get dtdy=18xdtdx
⟹ vy=18xvx=18x(0.333)=5.994x
As x component velocity is constant, so acceleration has only y-component.
So, a=ay=dtdvy=5.994dtdx=5.994vx
⟹ a=5.994(0.333)=1.996∼2 ms−2
