A paricle is moving in circular of radius 5cm.what will be the displacement after half a circle?

Given:

Radii of the circular path = 5 c.m.

To Find: Displacement after completing ½ the path.

Since displacement is the shortest distance between the initial and the final position, we can tell that diameter becomes the displacement.

So,

Displacement = Diameter of the path

= 2 × radius

= 2 × 5 c.m.

= 10 c.m.

The displacement would be 10 c.m.s.
