Lets find the man to woman ratio first.

10m x 12 = 10w x 6

120m = 60w

2m = w

So we get 2m = w

So, 10m = 5w

Now, days taken by team to complete the same work is

So, (10m+10w) * x = 10w * 6

(5w + 10w) * x = 60w

15x = 60

x = 60/15

x = 4

Hence if two teams work together they will be able to complete the work in 4 days.
