Given :

Length (L) = 135 m

Breadth(B) = 83 m

We know  Perimeter = 2 ( L + B )

Perimeter of the park =

   2  ( 135 + 83 ) m\\= 2 * 218  m \\= 436 m

Hence , Distance covered by the park =

( 436 * 6 ) m \\ = 2616 m

1 km = 1000 m

⇒ 1000 m = 1km

⇒ 1m = \frac{1}{1000}

⇒ 2616 m = (\frac{1}{1000} * 2616 )km

                      =( \frac{2616}{1000}) km \\\\= 2.616 km

Your answer is 2.616 km
