area of the park=60m X 40m=2400 sq. m
area of circular tank=
\pi {r}^{2}  \\  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \times 7 \\  = 22 \times 7 = 154 {m}^{2}
remaining portion=area of park-area of circular tank
=(2400-154) sq. m=2246 sq. m

cost of turfing=Rs 2.5 X 2246=Rs 5615

L = 60m , B= 40m

Area of the park = 60×40 = 2400 sq m

Radius of tank = r = 7m

Area of circular tank = \pi r^{2} = 22/7×7×7 = 154 sq m

Circumference of tank = 2 \pi r = 2×22/7×7=44m

Area of remaining portion = area of park - Area of tank

                                           = 60×40 - 154 = 2246 sq m

Cost per sqm = Rs 2.50

Cost of turfing the remaining portion = 2.50×2246 = Rs 5615
