Hey mate here is your answer,
Radius of circular park=7m
Perimeter of circular park(circle)=2pir=2*22/7*radius
=2*22/7*7
=44/7*7
=44m

Area of circular park=pir^2=pi(r)^2
22/7*7^2=22/7*7*7=22*7=154sqm=154m^2

Length of rectangle=6m
Breadth of rectangle=5m
Perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)
=2(6+5)
=2(11)
=22m

Area of rectangle=L*B
=6m*5m
=30sqm
=30m^2
Hence, from this, the perimeter and area of circular park is more than the rectangular field.
