                    = 1500
road 1 = 2 * 50
           = 100
road 2 = 2 * 30
           = 60
overlapping road = 2*2
                            = 4
area covered by road = 100+60-4
                                   = 160-4
                                   = 156m ^(2)
area of the remaining part = 1500 - 156
                                          = 1344
