1. The noble gases (Group 18) are located in the far right of the periodic table and were previously referred to as the "inert gases" due to the fact that their filled valence shells (octets) make them extremely nonreactive.

3. Flourine is most reactive element. This is so because N ,O and F have 5 ,6,7 electrons resp in their valence shell. thus, fluorine requires only one electron to complete its octet in comparison to nitrogen and oxygen, which require 2 and 3 electrons respectively.
