Dear Anshika,
Hi Anshika! How are you? Hope you and your family are sound and safe at home. I am writing this letter to you to share my feelings with you.
So, two weeks ago, our school organized a competition called "Save the green cover" wherein, each section of class eighth had to look after a certain portion of the school garden assigned to each section. From my class, I was chosen as the group leader of this competition. We were given a beautiful portion of the school garden, bordered with trees and surrounded by flowers. Although, the garden was so beautiful, but taking care of them was not so easy. It was a bit daunting too. We took care of the green cover, watered the plants and trees every day and used to keep a check if no one was plucking the flowers. We were also assisted by the Environmental club. Today, the results were out. And guess what? Our class won the first prize! I am so happy today. Me and my classmates celebrated our victory and also congratulated the other sections who had participated in this competition along with us. This competition boosted up my confidence and leadership skills along with our love for nature.
I am very happy today. My parents are also proud of me. So, when are you coming to meet me? Looking forward to your letter.
