Distance = 15πr/2

Displacement = √2 r

● Explaination -

Distance covered by the particle in 15/4 rounds -

Distance = 15/4 × 2πr

Distance = 15πr/2

After first 3 complete rounds, particle returns at its original position. In next 3/4 revolutions, particle is at radius perpendicular to original position.

Displacement = √(r^2 + r^2)

Displacement = √(2r^2)

Displacement = √2 r
