Answer: distance = 7.85 R

               displacement = R √2

Explanation :

distance = 2*3.14*R + 3.14R/2

=4*3.14*R + 3.14 R whole divided by 2

= 7.85 R

displacement = root R^2 + R^2

= R root 2
