For a particle executing SHM ,
We know that,
Y = A sin(ωt + φ )

Here, A represents Amplitude and ω Angular frequency and φ represents epoch .

Here,
Y = 10 sin ( πt/4)

From the above,
ω = π/4 .
A = 10
φ = 0

Now, We found that Epoch or phase is 0 .

Therefore, The phase of the particle is 0°
