Hey MATE!
We are given that :
u = 0m/s
a = 6m/s²
t = 1,2 sec
1) For first second displacement is;
s = ut + 1/2 (a) (t²)
s = 0(1) + 1/2 (6) (1²)
s = 3 m
2) Displacement in 2nd second is;
s = ut + 1/2 (a)(t²)
s = 0 + 1/2 (6)(2²)
s = 12 m
Therefore the ratio is 3 : 12
=) 1:4 Answer
Hope it helps
