The speed of a particle whose kinetic energy is equal to its rest energy is ,we know that kinetic energy is 1/2 mv^2 and the energy at rest is m*g*h.

If mgh = 1/2mv^2

2mgh/m = v^2

So therefore speed of a particle when kinetic energy is equal to rest energy is
