To Find:-

  • Find the distance.

Given:-

  • A particle is at rest and slowly it accelerates for 10m/s² for 10 sec.

Solution:-

u = 0 , a = 10m/s² , t = 10 sec ; s = ?

\tt\implies \: s = ut + \dfrac { 1 } { 2 } \times { at }^{ 2 }

\tt\implies \: s = \dfrac { 1 } { 2 } \times 10 \times 10 \times 10

\tt\implies \: s = 500 \: m

Hence,

  • The distance travelled is 500m.
