Uniform acceleration means that object is moving with same velocity in equal intervals of time.

So, suppose that in given time, particle covers x distance.

In first second, Distance covered=x

In 2nd second, Distance covered =2x

Combined distance covered in first and 2nd second =x+2x=3x

In first 3 seconds, Distance covered would be 3x

So ratio=3x/3x

1:1 is the answer
