using 2nd equation of motion-

s= ut+1/2at^2

80=0×4+1/2a(4)^2

80= 0+ 1/2a × 16

80= 8a

a= 80/8= 10m/s^2

Now, using 1st equation of motion

v= u+ at

v= 0 + (10)(4)

v= 40 m/ sec
