when the particle can be ejected as a velocity of 3m/s  and it can be moving  along with apathy as given as the equation of quadratical government  by f1(t)  =t x t+3t+a for 1 hour  so after the one hour it can be changed as f2(ut+b. )Here a, b, and u are constants.

According to the equation the answer can be txt+3t+a.
