2gs=v^2-u^2
g=9.8m/s^2
s=6400km
=(6400x1000)m
2x9.8x6400x1000=(0)^2-u^2
62719998=u^2
u=√62719998
u=7919.59582.........

anu2211: can't understand explain plz
AtharvaV20042004: see
AtharvaV20042004: I used the equation
AtharvaV20042004: then just substituted the values
AtharvaV20042004: it's easy
AtharvaV20042004: you will get it
AtharvaV20042004: did you see it

v=0
u=?
s=6400km =6400000m

use the equation v²-u²=2aS and substitute the given values

0²-u²=2 x -9.8 x 6400000
-u² = -125440000
u² = 125440000
u=112000m/s
