A particle is moving along a circle of radius 4m. calculate distance and Displacement when it completes 2 revolution.

Distance = 50.28m

Displacement = 0

Explanation:

Distance covered = 2 revolution = 2 × Circumference of Circle

⇒ 2 × 2 π R

⇒ 4 × 22/7 × 4           [Radius = 4m]

⇒ 50.28 m

Displacement = Distance between final position and initial position.

∴ There start and end points are same.

∴ Displacement = 0
