A particle is moving along a straight line path according to the relation x square is equal to alfa t square +2 beta t+y where alfa,beta and y are constant.find acceleration is?

Explanation:

t=αx2+βx  .......................1

Differentiaitng above equation wrt x we get (dt/dx)=2αx+β     ..............................2

but velocity(v)=dx/dt so v=2αx+β1

differentiaitng equation 2 wrt x we get(d2t/dx2)=2α

As acceleration(a)=d2x/dt2 so we have a=1/2α...................3 

so we have 2α=1/a

put it in expression of velocity. Thus we get  v=ax+β1.

It is the required relation between velocity and acceleration/
