Velocity of P = 3i m/s
Velocity of Q = 5Cos30i + 5Sin30j

Velocity of Q relative to P = Velocity of Q - Velocity of P
= 5Cos30i + 5Sin30j - 3i
= 2.5srt(3)i - 3i + 2.5j
= 4.33i + 2.5j

Magnitude = sqrt(4.33^2 + 2.5^2)
= sqrt(24.9989)
= 4.94 m/s

kanchan7070: bt ans is 2.832m/sec
