Explanation:

Now, in the next half revolution, thedisplacement is equal to the diameter of the circle. Thus, total displacement of the particle is; Displacement = 5 m.

Explanation:

Heyy Bro !

____________________________________________________________

Suppose a circle with diameter 5 m

then its radius will be 5/2 m

first lets calculate distance :

the total distance in one and half revolution is 2 π r + π r

                                                                    =  3π r

                                                                    =  3  X 22/7 X 5/2

                                                                    =  23.57 m

____________________________________________________________

Displacement :

When  it cover one revolution the displacement becomes zero

so the total displacement is half revolution

and if we take shortest distance it will be its diameter

So. Displacement becomes 5 cm
