so.. we are given that a particle is moving with constant velocity.
we know that velocity is a vector quantity which means it has both magnitude and direction.(if anything of these quantities would change.. it would considerd as acceleration)
as that body is moving circularly which means it is changing its direction in every point.
so the magnitude of change in velocity would be the change in direction of that particle ...60 degree has to do nothing with the given question..
