When it completes semicircular path it’s velocity direction will be exactly opposite to that of initial.
So,
Change in velocity = v - (-v) = 2v = 2 × 4 m/s = 8 m/s
When it completes semicircular path it’s velocity direction will be exactly opposite to that of initial.
