A particle is moving on a circular path of radius r. What would be the displacement after half a circle

displacement will be 2*radius=2r

Hello Mate!

Imagine that a person starts walking from point A.

Now, on completing half of circle he will be on point B

As given that radius = 'r'

Then displacement from A to B i.e., diameter will be = 2r

Hence, displacement is '2r'
