Answer:  As per as question, Particle is moving with uniform velocity along the circular path. This means that the motion of the Particle is uniform circular motion.

Now, in Uniform circular motion, magnitude of velocity remains the same everywhere.

But Velocity being an Vector Quantity, depends upon magnitude as well as direction.

Now direction at each and every instant is different. Thus, veloicty is not constant.

Now, Magnitude is same as v. But direction is different.

At P, direction is along the tangent drawn from point P, and At Q, direction is along the tangent drawn from point Q.

We can't find the Change in velocity as in numbers or in any mathematical expression. It is just theoretical.
