Hi there!

Your Answer :-

Initial Velocity = 15m/s.

Final Velocity = 10m/s.

Time Period = 2s.

Formula Used :-

\tt\red{a =  \dfrac{v - u}{t} }

V = Final Velocity.

U = Initial Velocity.

T = Time Period.

A = Acceleration.

Put all the values.

\tt\blue{a =  \dfrac{10 - 15}{2} }

\tt\pink{a =  -  \dfrac{5}{2}{ms}^{2} }

\tt\purple{a =  - 2.5 \: m {s}^{2} }

Answer:

Explanation:

Initial velocity of object (u) = 15m/s

Final velocity of object (v) = 10 m/s

Time taken (t) = 2 seconds

As, we know formula for acceleration is -

(v-u)/t

So, Acceleration = (10-15)/2

= -5/2

= -2.5 m/s²

Answer) Acceleration of body is -2.5 m/s²
