A particle is moving with uniform velocity is it necessary that it is moving with some uniform speed?

Yes. But the vice-versa is false.

It is because speed is a scalar quantity which only required magnitude whereas velocity is a vector quantity which requires both direction and magnitude.

Therefore, velocity fills all the conditions for speed as it has magnitude but speed cant fill the conditions for velocity as it lacks direction.
