Given that,

Speed of particle = π m/s

Radius of circle = 2 m

Time interval = 1.5 s

We need to calculate the distance covered by particle

Using formula of distance

D = circumference of the circle

D = 2\pi r

Where, r = radius of circle

We need to calculate the magnitude of average velocity

Using formula of average velocity

v=\dfrac{D}{T}

Where, D = displacement

T = interval time

Put the value in to the formula

v=\dfrac{2\pi r}{1.5}

v=\dfrac{2\pi \times2}{1.5}

v=8.4\ m/s

But we know that,

A particle is performing uniform circular motion.

It means, a particle moves from initial position to final position.

When initial position is equal to the final position then the displacement will be zero.

So,The average velocity is

v=\dfrac{D}{T}

Where, D = displacement

T = interval time

Put the value in to the formula

v=\dfrac{o}{1.5}

v = 0\ m/s

Hence, The average velocity is zero.

(3) is correct option.
