the displacement in the last second of upward motion is equal is to displacement in first second of downward motion
hence by using initial velocity u= 0 m/s,
g= 9.8 m/s^2
t = 1 sec
S = ut + 1/2 gt^2
= 0×1 + 1/2 × 9.8× 1
= 4.9 m
so the displacement in last second of motion is 4.9 m
