Velocity at the highest point

Concept:

When an object is thrown at an angle, the object undergoes oblique projectile trajectory.

In such a motion, we can divide the initial velocity into 2 components such as :

1. x - component => v cos(α)

2. y - components => v sin(α)

.

At the highest position, y component of velocity becomes zero . The object only has x component of velocity.

So it's velocity remains {v cos(α) }
