A particle move on a circular path of radius r, it completes one revolution in 40s. Calculate distance and displacement in 2 min 20s

here is your answer OK dude

Let ‘R’ be the radius of the circular path in meters.
2minutes 20 seconds [(2 60) +20] = 140 seconds
Distance covered in one revolution = 2πR meters.
Time for one revolution = 40s

Distance covered in 3.5 revolutions = 3.5 2πR meters =7πR meters
Displacement in 3.5 revolutions = 2R meters. ( Displacement is the least distance between initial and final positions).

therefore, displacement /distance

=
 \frac{2r}{7\pi} = \frac{2}{7\pi } = \frac{1}{11}
