a particle moves due north with a velocity of 10 m per second in 4 second. It takes a 90° turn towards east and moves through a distance of 30m in 6 sec . What is the magnitude of its velocity over entire journey.

total displacement = √10^2 + 30^2
√100 +900
√1000
10√10 m
total time = 4+6 sec
= 10 s
velocity = 10√10/10 = √10 m/s
