A particle moves due north with a velocity of 10m/s for 4 seconds. It takes a 90-degree turn towards east and moves through a distance of 30m in 6 seconds. What is the magnitude of its average velocity over entire journey

average velocity=nett displacement/total time taken
nett displacement calculated by right angle triangle=50m
average velocity of entire journey=50/4+6
=50/10
=5m/sec

ram11002233: Can you show how did you calculate the net displacement
