A particle moves in a circle with O as the centre and AO=Bo=14cm.It starts from A. Calculate the distance covered and the displacement when it reaches B

Hey Friend ☺

Distance is equal to the circumference of semicircle

Circumference of circle = pie × r + d

= 2 × 3.14 + 28

= 6.28 + 28

= 34.28 cm

Displacement is the minimum distance from the starting point

Do the displacement is equal to diameter of circle

So ..

displacement = 28 cm
