A particle moves in a straight line under constant acceleration of 4m/s^2. If its velocity at t=0 is 10m/s, the displacement of the particle in the 5th second of its motion is

as the acceleration is positive and particle is moving in a straight so displacement and distance are equal 
u = =10m/s
distance travel in 5th second = 10 + (2*5-1)*4/2
                                          = 28 m
so displacement of particle = 28m.
