A particle moves on a circular path of radius r is it completes one revolution in 40 seconds calculate distance and displacement in 2 min 20 seconds

Distance covered by the particle in one revolution in 40 sec = 2πr

Distance covered by the particle in 2 min 20 sec i.e. 140 sec = (2πr/40) × 140
                                                                                     = (2× 22/7 × r)/40 × 140
                                                                                     = 22 r
