50 m/s.

The word uniform means that there is no change in the particular quality, in this case the velocity. Since it moves with a velocity of 50m/s for 20 minutes at the instant where the time is 2 minutes it will still be moving with a velocity of 50m/s as for every moment in time till the 20 minute mark the velocity will be 50m/s and the 2 minute mark falls within before the 20 minute mark. Similarily the velocity at the 1 minute, 3minute 5 minute 10 minute 15 minute 16.2 minute mark will all have a velocity of 50 m/s
