Explanation: As the velocity reverses it’s direction, that means it covers pie radian in 100ms(0.1 sec)

So, omega = pie/0.1 = 10pie

Centripetal acc. = omega^2 r =3.14*3.14*100*0.1 = 98.7 =100(approx)!

Here the particle is changing its direction every 0.1 second, so if suppose the particle cover an arc distance of "X" in the first 0.1 second then it changes its direction and cover the same "X" in the next 0.1.
