Since the particle is moving with constant velocity acceleration will be 0
Therefore for 20 min it will move with the same velocity even when t = 2 min

In the question it is mentioned that the object is moving with a constant velocity. This means that it's velocity is not changing and it is moving with a uniform velocity all the time. This means that it's velocity at 2 minutes is also 50km/h or 13.9 m/s (approximately).
