If you know differentiation….

Firstly,differentiate the given equation w.r.t. t(time)….

dx/dt=0+7+(2×10)t^2-1

dx/dt=20t+7

since,dx/dt=initial velocity

Therefore, The initial velocity: v=20t+7 m/s
