A particle moving in a straight line covers half the total distance with a speed of 3ms^-1 and half of is covered with speed of 2ms^-1 and the rest with a speed of 3ms^-1. Find the average speed of the particle during this motion.

t1=32S=6S

2S=4.5×t2+7.5t3⇒12t2=2S

We have t2=t3

Total time t=t1+t2+t3=6S+24S+24S=4S

Average of tS=4SS=4m/s
