Given : A particle moving on a straight line has initial velocity 2.03 m/s, accelerating uniformly with 1.0 m/s2

To Find : after 0.3 s  velocity (in m/s)

Solution:

Initial Velocity U  = 2.03 m/s

Final Velocity  V = ?

acceleration a  = 1.0  m/s²

Time  t = 0.3 sec

V = U + at

=> V = 2.03  + 1.0(0.3)

=> V = 2.03  + 0.3

=> V = 2.33   m/s

2.33   m/s after 0.3 sec
